I stayed at this property in 2025 and it was great. Host quickly responded to my one issue. 2026 was 180 degrees different. Upon arriving, I couldn’t access the apartment. The host gave me the wrong number code, which he addressed. No big deal. However, I could not access the internet to use my laptop, same for streaming on the tv, and the safe was locked. Despite numerous attempts to call, text, and message the host, I was unable to resolve any of these problems. I had to carry my laptop and valuables everywhere, and I couldn’t work in the apartment over three days. I asked the host for a partial refund, but he ghosted me.
