We loved the cozy rooms. The convenience if the Brickell, Miami location. We found the room unclean in the shower and the headboard. We also struggled with the pool bar not bring open at all on Saturday that we could see. We were told by staff the hours werre 12 pm-10pm, then we were told it didn't open until 4pm. We went both times and ir was not open. We were disappointed as we wabted to sit in the sun and have drinks. We made a lot of trips to the rooftop for nothing.

Not great

The fact that we have to climb over somebody to go to the bathroom is ridiculous. We found the bed to be extremely hard and it was expensive to stay in a place that really was not very good. I did not bring it to management because I doubt it. There was anything they could do so we just endured our time.
