Nice hotel even though the rooms are super small they are well designed, the only thing it will make this hotel a 5 star in my opinion is the staff I didn’t have a great customer service it looks like every single staff member carries an attitude. If that will get addressed it will be a 5 star rating all the way

Poor customer service checking in. I needed to use a computer to print out our boarding pass the monitor did not work. I was not informed that I could receive discount for parking until after it was close to my check out time and was told it was to late. I was not given a courtesy extended time due to all the trouble.
