I absolutely love this boutique hotel! I had the most incredible view to wake up to in the morning and the breakfast was top tier. Everything about this hotel is cozy and friendly, from the common areas, to the room itself. The perfect spot located just minutes from Biscayne Bay with plenty of food and shopping. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Modern and Fun. A small space but I didn’t mind it as there was a share space downstairs near the lobby to relax. I didn’t hear noise from the next room, but I am not sure if anyone actually was staying. Overall, I like the concept.

Stop looking. If you’re even slightly interested in this hotel-just do it. Absolutely flawless experience. Staff went above and beyond all around. Fun, funky vibes. Perfect location. Room is very small; but you don’t go to Miami to stay in your room. If you have a lot of luggage and need to spread out, you may not be comfortable. If you aren’t good using tech- you be challenged. Check in and out is via computer. Everything in room is run from iPad. Rooftop lounge and pool very nice. Parking in Garage right next door w discount. Decent bar food and great breakfast on site. But fantastic restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything. Big shoutout to Ace!

Rooms: The rooms are stylish and modern but quite compact. They are ideal for those who appreciate functionality and minimalism. The bed is comfortable, and the panoramic windows offer a great view of the city. However, housekeeping was not always on schedule—sometimes they came while we were in the room, and other times, when we deliberately left, the room remained uncleaned in the evening. Nearby activities: The hotel is located in the heart of Miami, so there are plenty of entertainment options nearby: shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and major attractions are all within walking distance. It's a great place for those who want to explore the city. Safety: We felt safe both on the hotel premises and in the surrounding area. Entry is secured by key card access, and the staff is attentive. The neighborhood is lively, but there was no sense of discomfort or insecurity. Walkability: An excellent location for walking. Within just a few minutes, you can reach restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. If you enjoy exploring cities on foot, this is a great choice. Food & drinks: Breakfasts were delicious and varied. The bar offers interesting cocktails, and the quality of the coffee was surprisingly good. The dining area has a cozy atmosphere, though it can get crowded during morning hours.
