CitizenM Miami—What a Vibe! My friend and I stayed at CitizenM after checking out of another hotel, and let me tell you—this place is pretty damn cool! The décor is everything—modern, stylish, and full of character. We were instantly intrigued by the self-check-in process. I’ve never checked myself into a hotel before, and honestly, it was different in the best way—quick, easy, and kinda fun! When we walked into the room, my first reaction was, “This is cute!” It’s definitely cozy—a small space with a king-sized bed and a bathroom that gives cruise ship vibes—but I loved it! Everything was well-designed and functional. One of my favorite parts? The location. It’s literally on Lincoln Road, so you’re right in the middle of everything. My stay was short, so I didn’t get to hit the pool or check out the bar, but both looked super inviting. There are plenty of desks and workspaces throughout the hotel, so if you’re traveling solo—especially for business or remote work—this is a perfect spot. Now, I won’t lie—the room setup meant I had to climb over my mate to get to the bathroom, which wasn’t ideal, but we made it work because we genuinely loved the vibe. If you’re considering staying at CitizenM—go for it. It’s a fun, modern hotel that’s perfect for a short Miami getaway. I’d definitely stay again!

Not really well traveled but so far one the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful, from the entrance to the rooms, lobby all. I paid for breakfast which was great as well. Well worth the fee. Very clean

I absolutely LOVED staying at the South Miami Beach Hotel (June 2025)! The high quality luxuriousness was amazing! Honestly even better than the resort I stayed at for my honeymoon! The staff is super helpful and I even got a free birthday drink! Shout out to Mecca my bartender! The rooftop pool was very relaxing and peaceful!

My husband and I stayed there for four days. We had such a great experience at CitizenM. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are small but very cozy and modern. The rooftop pool was awesome. Staff were readily available and friendly. Also- great location, close to many dining options and a short walk to South Beach. Highly recommend CitizenM for your next stay in Miami!

Really would not recommend staying here. Rooms are tiny and staff is virtually non-existent. Buttons on elevators barely work so you are sometimes just stuck. No amenities, including no gym or room service. Feels very cheap when you are there.
