I’m giving Sonesta Select Miami Lakes a glowing 5-star review! The hotel was incredibly beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was truly exceptional—every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which gave me such peace of mind. Another bonus: there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, making it super convenient. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We were only there for one night so overall the day was ok however, the beds were very uncomfortable and we didn’t have enough covers for the amount of people so we had to go downstairs and ask for them. The room seem to be a bit outdated.
