The entire hotel was under renovation. The lobby was in a closet, no easy entrances, difficult elevator situation, the rooms were in terrible shape. My sliding door to the balcony wouldn't shut, so it had to remain ajar the entire time and I could hear the street. The A/C never worked properly and there were holes in the wales and floors. I understand it's complicated during a renovation, but I still paid a lot of money for the room and there was no indiciation that this would be the case.

Horrible fan noise in room could not fix first night it was fixed the next day. Asked for towels twice no towels delivered until next day. There was no proper handicapped entrance no doorman could not find entrance.

Nowhere was it ever mentioned that this hotel was under massive renovations. The pool is closed, there is a maze to the hotel entrance, mind you, enter through a beautiful Marriott amd the front desk is in a makeshift meeting room. When inquiring about a late check it when checking in, was told call tomorrow morning, whats the point if you are trying to sleep in. The commercial center attached is old and smelled like vomit. Definitely would not recommend.

We booked a “3 bedroom suite” with no explanation that this was a random 3 bedroom Apartment in a 41 floor apartment complex accessed by back of the way very very odd elevators at this location. The room had clearly Not been used in quite some Time and was in rough shape. Would not Stay here again.
