We did not have a balcony like in some of the reviews. Before my stay I called and left a message asking to be called back because no one ever picked up. No one called me back so I emailed through Hotels.com because no email was provided. I also texted the automated number. No one ever got back to me. I had questions about the pool. Turns out they charged extra for the pool and it wasn’t temperature controlled. The bathtub was very dirty. The couch had stains on it. At 1am all the drunk people were loudly honking at each other and since we were given a very close to the street 3rd floor room we had a hard time sleeping. The people in the elevator were nice and the location was convenient to public transportation and nice places to eat.

We had a banging noice the whole day and night because of the parking door was next to our room. We couldn’t sleep at all. We don’t recommend this hotel!

Don’t stay here with a family. Beautiful property; however, I asked about extra pillows and they told me there was a Target nearby. When I told him I wanted more of their pillows, they kept saying I’ll check on that. We never heard back from him despite going down to the desk twice and calling twice. When we arrived, they charged us an extra 20 bucks just in case we wanted to use the gym. I found that strange considering I’d already prepaid for everything. It made me think that if I refuse to pay for the gym, I didn’t get to stay there, even after flying in from out of state. We waited to check in and we waited to check out. The guy was saying I’ll call somebody to come talk to you. We wound up just walking out when we left.

The amenities were great. The balcony and the balcony view made every penny worth it - on top of that, the fully stocked kitchen and super comfy living space were relaxing. It would be cool if there was a tv in the bedroom, though…

Fantastic two bedroom apartment - big, well equipped, clean and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Brilliant pool and gym area. Staff were friendly, helpful and allowed us to store bags even after checkout. Great location and base for a stay in Miami. Highly recommend Flow Miami.
