The view of Miami at the Gale is unmatched. The room had floor to ceiling glass view of the city as well as an automatic shade for privacy. The room had great lighting options and was strikingly clean. Besides the amenities, it was extremely convenient to walk to the Kaseya Center as we in town for the Jingle Ball.

The room and location were fabulous. The massive problem we had was we waited 20 mins for an elevator when we went to check out. All the elevators were packed and they were stopping at each floor. Everytime an elevator would arrive it would have the same people on it as it was just going up and down. We were on the 43rd floor so we had to walk down 43 flights of stairs with two suitcases and three bags. My partner has asthma so this was a big struggle. As we reached the 9th floor we had to sit down as it was too much. Staff didn’t seem to care as we reached the bottom to check out and when my partner complained a staff member said yeah it’s busy. Again the room and everything else was great just the check out situation was awful.
