Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a great size and very clean. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues (bathroom door wouldn’t close and the sink was very slow to drain), I reported these to the front desk and they were fixed within the hour - fantastic response from the staff. We used the outdoor hot tub which was well maintained and clean, and breakfast the following morning provided good hot and cold options. The free airport shuttle was also very handy. I would definitely stay here again.

People are nice. Relatively clean. But it’s older now, age is showing. The shuttle that only runs every hour is terrible. We waited almost an hr for it. Once we got there, Gustavo is nice but the shuttle wait is not good practice to only run once every hr.

We were stuck in Miami for 2 days for flight cancellations due to weather. After being up for almost 30 hours, we were happy for the clean bed and room. The mattress looked brand new. I always check before setting anything down for bedbugs, of which there was none. We would stay here again.
