I LOVED the look of the space! Very "stylish-industrial" and the bed was so comfy! The staff, from the bar, restaurant, to the front desk, was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it with 5 stars!!

This hotel charge top rates for just a room. We arrived late 10pm due to late flight. There were only 2 small bottles of water in the room No milk for hot drinks Customer service was totally NOT HELPFULL This hotel should be avoided

The property can definitely use some updating . There were a lot of broken items such as chairs by the pool and the soap dispenser in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful.. My key didn't work after 1030 when check out was 11. A good place for a short stay The price was good.

This property appeared to be pretty nice online, but once we checked into our room, the bathroom floor was dirty and it was a carpet material. The front desk staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. However, later in the afternoon we tried to get hot water for tea, but the bartender wouldn’t accommodate that simple request. Also, the sheets for the King bed was too small and kept popping off. The sheets aren’t the softest either. I suggest investing in better sheets.

Interesting place!

The hotel is in an area of the airport complex that is being re done..there's alot of construction around. Hotel very modern looking with the concrete and artwork trends...Our first room, 536, was directly below the gym which was vey loud due to weights being dropped. Room should not be used for guests and perhaps best for housekeeping supplies etc. Front desk very friendly and I had a mistake with booking (my fault) and clerk, Aurora, was very thoughtful in helping me navigate with Expedia since it was booked through them and non refundable. She even came up to our room to give us add'l info. It was there that she heard the noises and moved us right away to similar room on 4th fl. Much quieter! Couldn't even hear airplanes overhead but fun to watch them! Beds are super comfortable and we're very picky. Shower floor was a bit slippery, but they have a mat. Prefer better non slip floor in shower rather than maybe a germy mat. Toilet seat shape very uncomfortable. So glad they had a restaurant/bar area. So tired from driving and neighborhood very industrial. Didn't see any restaurants nearby. Burger was outstanding... wagu beef. I thought breakfast was complimentary but it isnt. We wound up eating elsewhere as we were driving home early. Hotel offers shuttle to and from airport. All in all, very nice stay there altho neighborhood in transition.
