Wow where do I get started. This rentals manager was very poor at communicating. It was a complete nightmare. For what we were thinking would be a great weekend getaway turn out to be an overbudget nightmare. This lady did not communicate any instructions for entering the property and by the time I arrived to the property it was closed with no help for entering. We had a late flight and we were extremely tired from traveling across the United States from California on a flight. As I tried to contact and get some kind of instructions. But to much dismay there was no answer and then had to proceed with looking for another place to rest and spend the night. We had to book another room and unfortunately we had no luck for 2 hours we finally found a hotel to rest which cost us extra money for previous budget. After loosing one day they manager of the property were not willing to refund or discount my stay. To top off the worst rental experience in my traveling life. We had until 11 for our check out and the cleaning was there at 1030 before our checkout to rush us out. This place is completely unprofessional and an absolute joke I highly recommend staying for away from this place as possible. !!!! I would never stay here again.
