Beautiful new modern pool home with covered terrace and full outdoor pool bathroom. Lush landscape, spacious floor plan, master suite upstairs with large spa like bathroom, his and hers walk-in closets.10 bedrooms: 4 downstairs 6 upstairs. Formal light filled living room, formal dining room, family room, large kitchen with island. Game-room on first floor and huge salt water heated pool outdoors. 2 laundry rooms one on each floor. Hurricane impact argon filled windows and doors.
No parties. Outdoor noise must be kept quiet 10pm - 9am.
Family neighborhood.
Any complaints, your reservation can and will be cancelled without refund.
Guest that books must be the one checking in.
No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.
No DJ equipment. Bluetooth allowed inside.
Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. 4 cars fit in driveway, possibly more upon request.
