The Condo: Very clean, spacious and well outfitted. The balcony outside facing the City offered nice views, especially at night! Great place to have coffee in the morning. We were surprised how spacious the bedrooms were, even in an apartment building! The host was very responsive to inquires. We appreciated the artwork in the condo and thought it was awesome to see these as a way to showcase what you will see around the neighborhood. We drove from our home in NE Florida and thought it was great we had our own covered and secure parking spot attached to the building. The Neighborhood: VERY safe and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. There is a Target and a Trader Joes for grocery needs. Wynwood is well known for its wall murals, you will see them everywhere and should definitely plan on spending time walking around to discover all there is to see. We were in town for the World Baseball Classic and found the unit to be within great proximity to the stadium as well as other attractions you’d want to take advantage of while here. It’s important to know if you are traveling with a car, you’ll need to park outside the building, go inside to check in FIRST, take the elevator up to the unit, get the garage key, come downstairs, go around the corner to park in the secure parking lot. This is necessary due to the parking lot being secured. There are 10 min. parking spots near the building and we found them convenient for this purpose.
