A brand new modern townhouse just blocks from Miracle Mile (5 minutes), Miami's classic and well-known strip with many outstanding and well-known restaurants and boutiques for selective shopping. Brickell is about a 10- to 15-minute drive away. It takes 15 minutes to go to the airport.

Relocating nephew to Miami!

Host was incredibly responsive and we arrived after midnight. I failed to realise the code for the door was in a previous email and emailed her in the VRBO app and she responded immediately was kind and receptive and had grace for the moment. The house was clean and well maintained. It had the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever experienced and that includes being more comfortable than the Weston. We had a later flight and were able to stay in the home and wait comfortably before heading to the airport terminal. They may not afford this privilege to everyone but for us it was exactly what we needed. We could not have had a better experience! Don’t look any further this superseded any hotel say we’ve had and I would highly recommend this location!

Quick Miami get away

The unit is new and very clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. For a new build, it does feel inconvenient to have to put all toilet paper in the bathroom trash rather than flushing it. Would benefit from putting larger trash bins in the bathrooms with a lid/pedal to open them so you don’t have to look at your friends dirty toilet paper. Also they didn’t send check in information until right at the check in time (4pm) which initially stressed me out that I had missed something in the process, but maybe less type A people wouldn’t have cared. Once I connected that day though they were very responsive and promptly answered all questions! Would definitely recommend, just provided some feedback to help other future guests with expectations.

Nice and new but needs a few things

We stayed for 2 weeks and overall it was a nice experience. It's a brand new house with 4 bedrooms (all queen size beds) and 3 1/2 baths. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding and layers. There is a ceiling fan in each bedroom which was nice. A little strange that we were not allowed to flush TP with a new build. It needs more hooks and places to hang coats, hand towels and bath towels. The pool (which is the entire back yard) is pretty but during the winter months, it does not get any sun. Communication was prompt and responsive. However, when we asked about basic cleaning supplies to wipe down counters or clean the glass on the dining table, we were told to buy our own.

Wonderful Stay

My family traveled from New Jersey to witness our daughter graduate from UMiami. We found this home to exactly as described. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Communication with the host was spot on and efficient. Very safe friendly neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything.
