Marco Polo Resort at Sunny Isles beach

We arrived and stayed for one night, unfortunately our room was a bad experience. It was right behind the elevator on the first floor with a horrible view and the elevator noises kept us awake all night. When I asked front desk to change our room they were rude about it and said there was nothing they could do. There was also no amenities and drinks were extremely overpriced.

View of room was lovely. All amenities were not functioning as in remote, AC, phone and not fixed after three complaints. Water cut in hotel full day. Houskeeping didn’t come for two days. Valet and parking expensive and so slow to pay and receive car. Bell captain not attentive. Reception not competent

I was unsure about staying here because of other reviews. But we’re glad we did! It is an older hotel. But the location is amazing! The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold! We would stay again.

Wonderful Marco Polo

Always a pleasant experience when visiting the Marco Polo…. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent valet service! I think it’s well worth the value. My family and I will return!

Vintage charm great staff!

The room was dated but clean! They provide great dove products for the showers! The view from our room was incredible! The lobby still holds that vintage charm and the property feels nostalgic! The pool is absolutely stunning and huge! cons were the noise from renovations that sounded like the roof could fall in. They do not allow you to eat on the pool deck eating area even food from their pizza place in the hotel. The hotel staff is so friendly though! Also another con is they do not provide any chairs at the beach :/

Ramada was good, the property it self seems a bit outdated, but it is clean. No good restaurant in the hotel but there is a lot in the area with walkable distance. The price was fair if compare it to the hotels in the same street. Not fancy but good enough. I saw some rooms renovated but we got an old one. The staff was friendly.

I paid extra for the ocean front view and it was so worth it. The room was clean, equipped with everything I could possibly need- if I needed anything else, the restaurant, souvenir shop, and convenience store had more than I could ever ask for. The pool and beach access was incredible. Honestly my only complaint is that I had to wait so long to check in and they didn’t have a room ready for me far after check in time which was pretty ridiculous and the staff did not apologize for that. Maybe that are understaffed as far as cleaning staff goes but it still sucked.
