Pro - Neue Möbel - Private kostenlose Parkplätze - Makrolage (mit dem Auto relativ schnell am Flughafen, in der Stadt, zum Strand) - Kostenlose Waschmaschine/Trockner - Schnelle Kommunikation Contra -Riecht Schimmel IG. Wir mussten das Apt oft und lange lüften, damit der Geruch etwas schwindet. -Fußboden sehr dreckig (es wurde Reinigungskraft angeboten, wir wollten niemanden fremden im Apt) -In einem Schlafzimmer wurde der Boden feucht (evtl wegen der Klimaanlage?!) - Einige Fenster defekt - Lärmbelastigung (24h krähen Hühner vom Nachbarn, sehr lauter Flugverkehr) - Die Hühner vom Nachbarn verdecken den Eingangsbereich. - Direkt am Eingang lag mehrere Tage eine benutzte Spritze. Mit Kindern kann das gefährlich werden. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten und nichts in der Nähe unternommen haben, können wir zur Mikrolage nicht viel sagen. Aber es ist eher ein ärmliches Viertel. Fazit: unter den Bedingungen würden wir das Apt keinesfalls nochmal buchen.
