Yes, the property is a bit old but our room was clean. Although a partial renovation is done still some parts need to be updated. For instance the key system is not reliable so you’ll need very often to replace your key cards with new ones. The good point was that maintenance guy came immediately and fixed it. The hotel is with beach front and they provide you sun chairs and umbrellas which is a big plus. To get to the hotel from the MIA airport is very easy by Metro Bus 150 and then trolley Collins Express. As the trolley is free of charge you need to pay just for the bus i.e. 2,25$ Breakfast needs improvement-for instance to be added egg, scrambled egg or omelet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again.

I was surprissed how bad the service was when we arrived. The reception was out of control with guests shouting and complaining during check in...? We arrived very late to the room and the TV dident function, the shower was either very hot or just cold. In the morning the breakfast, like the check in was out of control, nothing seems to function like it should.... Better not to give this breakfast then what they produced. I am not sure what the future holds for this property but acting like a hotel will not be one option.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. Comfortable. The staff was really nice. We really appreciate the guy behind the front desk with the glasses and is shorter. He helped us book various things to do while there. And also really enjoyed the service from the Waiter in the restaurant. He was so kind. Very good waiter. We look forward to our next trip to Miami Beach.

It has a old school atmosphere look. Lots of space when entering. Breakfast needs more options but tons of space to eat. Pool was clean and the beachfront was awesome.

This hotel is just old and nasty. Smelled like cleaning supplies all of the time. Elevator was broken so took forever to get up to our floor. Pictures are misleading. No parking made it really inconvenient too.
