Stayed 1 night in an ocean view room. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated, smelled so bad of weed smoke in the hallways and room. It was on the cheaper side for the night, you get what you pay for.

The bathroom toilet leaked, the light flickered all the time, and the TV did not work. The pool is not in great condition, and we had to pay $30 per day for parking next door. Beach access was nice

Not good at all

So old hotel only good part direct access to beach very old hotel and I don’t recommend for families 1st day next room was making were nasty noise 3 am went reception they said they will sand security. But non couldn’t get sleep until 5 am renovation of rooms are disaster they installed big toilet and cut door really looks 3th world countries, Olso there was mistake on reservation date from day 1 I was talking to Expedia and hotel no one care about issue they didn’t help at all I was so upset, all companies be come burglar now just watch out, and this hotel parking problem very expensive for parking. Breakfast is joke just bagel and slice bread and cream cheese 1 star hotel

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the hotel itself felt very outdated. There were roaches in the room, and I had to change rooms several times due to various issues. The “breakfast included” was misleading, and to make matters worse, housekeeping never came to clean our room even though we stayed for over a week. I would not recommend staying here—there are definitely better options available.

Check in,room not ready at 4,,never had a problem getting in ealy anywhere else before,,,,,The AC wasn't working in the room,,when i brought up the issue the desk person maria was very condescending about requesting a room change,,she just couldn't shut up about how it was my problem that i wanted a new room,,,best part was the coffee in the morning, it was good,the bed comfortable, view great,,place need a total rehab to bring it up to 5 star

Hotel is conveniently located by the beach. Though the beach did not have enough chair & the ones available were broken. The hotel is very old and run down. I stayed in the deluxe city view room. There was NO city view. The key card to get into the elevators did not work half the time. Breakfast only consisted of bagels & cereal EVERY morning. The AC in the room stopped working at one point. The room felt dingy & had an old smell to it. The outlets in the room did not work ! The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in the other rooms. Overall felt like a high end motel…would not return. Only positives - clean sheets & towels

Great for the beach location and there were activities all around but the rooms are terrible. There was vomit or something that was on the carpet and they tried to say it was a stain but it washed up. Cleaning staff only came one of five days and didn’t seem to do anything besides make the bed and provide linens. The light in the bathroom had electrical problems. Bar prices were terribly high.

This property is stuck in the 80's it needs a serious facelift, everywhere you look something is wrong, wallpaper peeling off walls, stained carpets, smelly floors, rooms are so outdated, DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS, the bathroom and shower look like prison cells, small dingy crappy patchwork on walls, floors stained from who knows what, some of the hotel employees were very friendly, and then you had your front desk people not so much, so cant say much for them it was a give or take depending on who you encountered, the pool was nice, although walking on it would rip your feet, the floor of the pool needs some serious work as well, breakfast was ok, they don't mention that the eggs and other hot stuff is charged $10 a plate though, they only mention FREE breakfast, the beach and the attendant on the beach setting out chairs and umbrellas was the nicest guy there, always checking to see if people were comfortable and needed anything like the umbrella moved or an extra chair whatever, that was a saving grace and made staying here bearable, back to the room, the phone didn't work AT ALL asked 3 times to have it looked at one guy came up said he'd look at it in the morning never came back, AC was hot as and never went below 74, all in all it wasn't worth the stay and I would never go back here again

This property was amazing! They offer a beautiful hotel with easy beach access and a huge pool. The area surrounding the hotel offered many diverse and delicious dining options within easy walking distance.

Mixed feelings

As other reviews state, it’s very outdated. $150 deposit. My room was leaking water from the ceiling when I checked in. I tried calling the front desk but no answer so I had to go to the front desk in person to ask for help. About an hour later someone showed up to stop the leak. They never came back to clean the water off the floor so we had to use our towels to do it ourselves. I had events planned so I didn’t have time to keep asking for assistance so I couldn’t take a shower during the time I was there. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. Breakfast was a normal continental with options to purchase better meals. I didn’t get a chance to explore the restaurants or businesses near by but the atmosphere looked lively everywhere I went. In the morning, I headed straight to the beach to enjoy the chairs, towels and umbrella included in the room price which was a nice addition. The water was too cold in the pool and ocean but I got a beautiful light tan and fully enjoyed the peace of the water and the perfect weather. Make sure to stay in top of your parking, they don’t have valet. If you pay for parking on the street, the first session may only have an hour avail for about $3. After 11, if you renew the same spot, it will let you renew for 7 hours, getting you through the night for the same amount. Parking directly across the street was available when I woke up the next morning for 3-6hrs at a time if you call the number instead of using the ParkMobile app.

Lovely location right on the beach, great walkway along ocean, restaurant in hotel, food was good, beautiful big lobby, nice pool area. Would have liked to see eggs at breakfast, other than that it had many options. Rooms dated but clean and comfortable. Would return.
