Upon arrival I was checked in, then noticed a sign on the desk stating the pool is closed. I was not aware of this on the website or at the desk. Huge disappointment!!!
The king room was very small and the was no outlet accessible at bedside. I had to unplug the clock at the desk to use the one connected to the lamp. I didn’t get new wash cloths the next day but they were removed, The lighting was dim. I got up early to get to the beach and watch the sunrise; no chairs were set up and had to wait till 9:30. This was not brought to my attention at check in, nor did I Receive info on the breakfast, restaurant or bar. I had to call the front desk so the young lady can tell me. The bed did not have a bedskirt which makes me feel as though there was problems with pests. The toilet paper roll is at shoulder level when sitting. Breakfast was little variety. Only white sliced bread, no bagels or cream cheese, apple and banana one day and the next Apple and oranges, cereal, oatmeal, grits ans mini muffins.
