The twins that were at the check in desk were beautiful but you can tell the difference in them by their attitude it was like day and night. But the overall experience was delightful 🙏.

1.Although the introduction page indicates that laundry services are available, they are actually not, and the charges are unreasonable. 2.There is only one trash bin in the bathroom, making it inconvenient to dispose of garbage elsewhere in the room. 3.Customer service cannot be contacted via the platform or SMS, and responses on WhatsApp are slow. Additionally, construction is taking place nearby, making access inconvenient.

The prices are very reasonable, but at the expense of customer service. I understand that to keep prices low there might be less people in customer service, but the few people that work must respond. I had an inquiry about early checkout, and I called two different numbers, Expedia tried to call, went to voice mail, left message and a call was never returned. I also sent message via text on Expedia, and all I get is an automated offer to help me with transfer to airport, when I drove my own car. My query was never answered. This is not a vacation hotel, is a convenience hotel, I don't expect 5-star customer service, I can wait, but customer service needs to reply. Try to improve this part.

The room layout is nice. I did notice hair in bathroom shower from a previous guest, which grossed me out a bit. There was no iron in the room. I called the front desk they said they would bring one up to my room they never did. The hotel itself is beautiful I enjoyed the pool and the cafe in the lobby. Also in the heart of Brickell lots of dining and shopping.

Good

Way too long check in process. Difficult communicating English at times with front desk. No TV in bedroom. TV was not intuitive how to use. Good Location. Felt safe, lots of people around. Very close to restaurants and Metro Mover and other Public transportation. Clean and comfortable room. Very good included breakfast. Internet was good. Suite very sparse which is ok but did not look like the pictures on website in my opinion.

It is nice hotel , like condominium style and the living room has foldable sofa bed , microwave oven , and big closets . The overall is clean and comfortable . The price is reasonable. And close to Dunkin’ Donuts and Brickell metro line , you can take free trolley bus to Baycayne and other attractions.
