You ever book a hotel based on ratings, only to be disappointed once you get there? THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE!!! This was the best pleasant surprise of a hotel stay I've ever had. First, the check in was pleasant, very friendly and helpful. The room- wow! Nice kitchenette with dishes, nice dining table. Comfortable bed, nice porch (20 floors up) and the view of the city and the water was even better than advertised. Some of the roads had construction and the building across the street is under construction and had hammering first thing in the morning, but that is not the hotel's fault. BOOK THIS HOTEL. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Don’t know if I would stay again?

Check in was really slow. Was able to drop off luggage earlier in the day, which is always nice. Anything extra is a charge. $50 for early check in etc. Room was clean but had a strong smell of bleach. Bed was comfortable, but there was no shelves in the shower.

only thing is the only mirror they have is in the bathroom another mirror is deff needed maybe a long one somewhere. the bedroom has no tv either but besides that it was nice and affordable and the employees were nice..

I wouldn't call this a hotel. It's a rental property. There's a full kitchen, a washer and a dryer, but there's no iron or ironing board. Strange choices all around.

The property and the apartment was very clean. Front desk staff are courteous. This apartment claim of partial sea view is not entirely accurate given the location of the property. The parking is valet which you have to pay for separately. Overall, it was a good experience and enjoyable stay.

My stay at this hotel was ruined due to the complete lack of responsibility and professionalism from the management. When I retrieved my car from the hotel’s parking lot, I noticed that the rear light was broken, there was a scratch, and the bumper was damaged. I reported the issue to the front desk, and the manager promised to review the camera footage and get back to me. However, by the time I checked out two days later, no one seemed to know anything about it. When I insisted on resolving the issue, I was given excuses, told that the manager was off for the weekend, and informed that the hotel was not responsible for the parking lot. Instead, I was advised to contact the parking manager. When I called the parking manager, he also claimed to know nothing and said he couldn’t do anything until Monday. Rather than addressing the issue, the hotel management simply avoided responsibility and shifted the burden onto me. This delay, lack of communication, and unwillingness to resolve the problem completely ruined my impression of the hotel and wasted my time and energy during my trip. I strongly discourage staying at this hotel due to their poor customer service.

The hotel is not complete, as I stayed on the residential side, my stay was comfortable and the staff was very polite and professional. I just wish they would of advised that the hotel Is still fairly new and is still under construction. The pool was open but no bar, or any other kind of activity. It was empty. The hotel is very nice and clean overall.
