South Beach amazing location.
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Beach is 3 blocks away. Prime location, the open Studio is confortable in main Washington ave. Offering a full kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed and a 2 queen beds.
The studio is ideal for your getaway in Miami Beach, and enjoy the restaurants and bars within walking distance. However don`t expect any amenities in the building as the main attraction is the location and the beach.
Open Studio floor plan, a/c. internet, 2 queen beds, beach and seat towels. Sheets and regular towels. Smart TV. Washer and Dryer on the hallway of the same floor. The carpets od the hallway of the building is under restoration, but this is just on the hallway outside the apartments.
We will provide a code for the main entrance lobby and also another code for the door entrance. Plenty of public transportation, asm within walking distance of Limcoln Road, Collins ave.
Normally we will be able over the chat and text or call when needed. We provide many of our messages and insrutctions on a timely matter.
The hallways carpet are being changed, this doesn`t affect the access to the apartment.
