Great rooms, and friendly staff. Unfortunately on the dates (8 days) we visited only one elevator was working which delayed most persons. Other than that the complementary cocktail hours were enjoyable and food would get a solid 7/10.

We’ve stayed for 2 nights 3 days Uber was a #1 option and the fare was good . I mean to go at Lincoln rd around 20$ and ocean drive around 25$ to hard rock stadium around 35$ we had excellent driver . Shuttle good service but if you land late not an option. Room spacious , need additional towel or sheets not a problem. Front desk friendly and polite. Check in easy . I didn’t find bad smell like other review. Elevator only 1 working but didn’t wait long . A lot of spot to charge different devices. Will book again

This was our first time staying at a Staybridge hotel, and we had a good experience. We booked a night at Staybridge Suites Miami International Airport because our cruise was delayed returning to the Miami port, and we missed our flight. The hotel is a bit dated and had a musty smell but it was clean and well maintained. One of the elevators was out of order. The little kitchenette was renovated and the exterior is currently under renovation. The staff was friendly especially the shuttle driver, Evelio. He was personable, helpful, and took us to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options and several choices of coffee. It was also my first time trying grits for breakfast, and I really enjoyed them. There aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. However, the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. We will recommend this hotel because of wonderful staff like Evelio.

Overall the property was decent. Our room was clean, but my Husband saw what appeared to be roaches (3) in the bathroom and I saw one myself around the toilet the morning of Checkout. I made the staff at the front desk aware and she assured me that she would follow up.

I love this location. However 2 elevator on the weekend is crazy inconvenient! They need to stock extra pillows and linens for the suite or have them already in the closet.
