Hotel was a typical Doubletree. Was not recognized as a Hilton Honors member assumably because I booked through VRBO. Our room was clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. There did not appear to be enough staff to ensure they were clean towels at the pool, though the hut was not staffed during pool hours. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels were included but first come first serve. We loved that the pool overlooked the intercoastal waterway. The beach was only a five minute walk. My only complaint is that there is not a lot to do near the hotel. Mostly hotels and condos. No restaurants and shops within walking distance.

They were able to check us in a few hours earlier since we got off our cruise early. Having access to the beach work 2 chairs, umbrella, and towels was an awesome perk! The pool was great and right by the bar/restaurant. Will stay again in the future!

Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Room cleaners also friendly and good. The location was ideal for both the beach and Walmart to pick up incidentals. The only negative was the restaurant. The staff our first night was dismissive. We left. The morning of checkout the breakfast sandwich was not tasty but very expensive.
