This is a newly renovated property that is clean and feels new. It was great for our large family. However, I would not call it "Luxury" since there are several misses that should be corrected by the host.- Cheap, 1-ply toilet paper.- Bathrooms: very nice but unfinished. There is no shelf or tray in the shower for your toiletries. There are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. The electrical outlets for hair dryers didn't work in at least 2 of the bathrooms.- Bedrooms: nice but incomplete. The rooms don't have dresser drawers and there are no suitcase stands (they're are inexpensive; need 2 per room). I guess the host expects everyone to live out of a suitcase on the floor. The closets are good-sized but there are only a few hangers.- Kitchen: plenty of dishes, cups, pans, etc. But the property has 11 bedrooms and is listed for up to 26 guests. Having just a standard sized refrigerator is a major inconvenience. There is plenty of space in the kitchen island for a simple beverage refrigerator (300). None of the large luxury properties that we've encountered have this issue.- Outside: very nice with lots of fun games and nice pool !! However there are not nearly enough chairs and the fire pit is non functional (bottom filled with water).All that being said, the host was responsive and fixed a few things while we were there. Based on what's missing, I would recommend that they use the property a few times to better understand how to make it "Luxury".

The host was very welcoming and checked on us often. Bath mats in the showers would be nice because we had a few people slip a little. The upstairs West rooms had no power in the outlets. Mattresses were very comfortable. Love the pool and the hot tub and the amenities outside. We completely enjoyed our stay!

I had a great experience here for my bachelorette party. The house was really beautiful and large enough to fit our big group comfortably! The beds were really comfortable too which we loved. We loved the backyard and kitchen area especially. The hosts were very attentive and kind. I would suggest communicating with them by phone call if possible, as texts could get a little confusing. The only two down sides is that one of the en-suite bathrooms had extra slippery tiles & we noticed some water damage. Additionally, the person I spoke to from the cleaning crew was very rude while we were navigating a situation with a rental company. It was just unnecessary rudeness that brought the whole energy down after a magical weekend. Despite that, the hosts were really kind, patient and thoughtful, overriding her negativity and attitude. They really made the experience 5/5!

Our stay was a mixed experience. We booked this house for a 4 night stay before going on a cruise. A big selling feature for us was the heated pool, but we never got to use it because the pool heater did not work. I reported the issue on our first day at the house. In fact, I reported that the pool heater still was not working everyday of our stay. Despite reporting it early, the heater was not fixed until the middle of our last day there and by that point it was too late for the pool to heat up to a warm enough temperature. Especially considering that the nights we were there were on the cooler side. The only other issue was that one of the beds had soiled sheets. We enjoyed everything else about the stay; we just wished they would've sent someone out to fix the pool heater sooner.

The house was large enough for everyone to sleep comfortably and the amenities were a great plus (pool, basketball court, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, yard games, etc.). Thank you for hosting us . House was exactly described as the listing and very clean. It is half hr from Miami airport and 11 bedrooms was a perfect fit for 11 of us traveling . Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed pool and hot tub which was clean as well. Bonus was complimentary wine from the host. If visiting Miami I would love to stay again.
