The property is located in a perfect area for walking and dining at restaurants. the pool area is nice but a little small and the service is a bit slow. however the workers and the managers were very friendly and nice. for the price we paid it was well worth it.

We honestly were very happy there for 10 days, but our suite had no drawers for stashing your clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases for the whole time. Pool was nice, staff was delightful, food was excellent, nearby Ocean Drive restaurants were also fun and good.

Minor details could have been better. Paint splatter in room, broken sink, etc. location great and staff SUPER friendly. Food was absolutely horrible… avoid eating here. But, place was ok overall. Not worth the price… you’re better off staying elsewhere.

Great location, staff is awesome , valet is ok. Phone in room did not work, I mentioned it but nothing was done about it. Cleanliness issue but fixed it myself . Bed head frame had water marks or mold , not sure. I have had better experiences here and would stay again.

No hot water in our room and our toilet very easily clogged. The room was super small and thankfully they did send someone fairly quickly to help with the toilet. We didn’t realize there was no hot water until we needed to shower quickly and leave on day of checkout. It is right in a busy area of Miami Beach across from the park and the staff were eager to help us in the restaurant but I would not recommend this property with it’s marginal amenities (no ice machine, small rooms and very loud music at night).

The hotel was wonderful, but the restaurant service and food was way below par. In fact one of the dishes, Lox and Bagel was so bad that it had to be sent back to avoid being sick. We eat out often and I cannot recall when we last had to send food back. The restaurant service was so bad. We had to ask for our coffee 3-4 times after the food arrived. They did take the coffees off the bill and didn’t charge for the Lox and Bagel. We were not looking for a bargain in price and that is also why we picked the Gabriel Hotel. Nice stay, but please go to one of the neighbor restaurants for food.

Excellent stay, great ammenities

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were really enjoyable--and we didn't even dine there, use the gym, or experience the chairs on the beach (so many fun things to do!) There was a little bit of rudeness upon our stay when trying to check in--front desk attendant was stuck on the phone, and asked us to check in with the concierge, but he did not want to deal with us and made us wait. Other than that rude exchange, the entire experience was excellent, and I am planning to return.
