This lovely unit is located on Brickell Ave, one of the most popular avenues of Miami. The direct ocean/city view from the 23rd floor in the morning is simply priceless, and its charming style will make you feel at home. The best way to move in the Brickell Area is simply by foot to avoid traffic. To go to south beach, uber will do the work for less than 10$.
