Same issues with small rooms such as lack of space and a kitchen that makes no sense when there is no dining table or desk. We upgraded on the day for a larger 2 bedroom for a reasonable price. The gym is great. Pool area looks over crowded. The housekeeping was better this time and they look to be improving. The lobby and pick up and drop off area at the front of the hotel are still too small. The concierge was great but one night, we were collecting Amazon packages and had to wait a full hour. The concierge did the right thing by helping the check in desk but management needs to have more staff at busy times like early evening.

The concierge and front desk are fine, but the housekeeping needs better coordination. When requesting amenities like slippers, extra towels or more toilet paper, there is either a long delay or they send the wrong thing. When I look at the cleaning trolleys the staff use, it is apparent they are too small and insufficient to carry all the gear needed. Finally, avoid the smallest rooms. They fit in a full size kitchen but no dining table or desk. The location is great but the lobby and pick up and drop off area are tiny for a hotel with so many rooms.

Check in was underwhelming lacking customer service. Noise from the street- sirens, motor cycles, engines and a marathon came through the vents on the 28th floor. A light over the bed turned on by itself at 6AM. Not a restful experience. The blinds broke, ice maker didn't work. Maintenance man was wonderful. Hot tub was not well maintained with hair and things floating on top

We requested 2 cribs 24 hours prior to checking in, which took nearly 3 hours to be delivered to our room. This resulted in our toddlers going to bed at 9:30PM. We also left behind a very value item in the closet which we reported immediately. The Security Director got back to us the next day (after sending another email) that the item was not found, which means it must have been stolen.
