Wonderful expirience

I had the most incredible experience at the Esler Hotel in Miami! The fitness classes were top-notch, especially the Pilates with Shay—she’s absolutely fantastic. The gym is stunning, well-equipped, and perfect for any workout. The customer service team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. The pool is to die for—pure luxury and relaxation. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, from the ambiance to the little details that make a stay special. The bar downstairs is a must-visit! The food is delicious, and I highly recommend the margarita pizza—it’s a game-changer. We even went to see a Miami Heat game, The stadium was a four minute walk ! I’ll definitely be back, and without a doubt, this is my new go-to spot in Miami! Highly recommend.

The rooms were great and so was the hotel as far as cleanliness and the look of it. While we were there we had to wait for 40mins to receive our car from Valet. Also, when we arrived and I inquired about room service I was told there was not any and was not offered any suggestions or recommendations for anything in the surrounding area. He just dropped the conversation.

Small issues - cable TV didn’t work. Front desk sent a tech and they fixed it. AC wouldn’t go above 68. That wasn’t fixed. Traffic sounds are amplified in the bathroom for some reason. Odd with our room being on the 15th floor.

The space is huge. 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The harbor view is beautiful. And then there are the charges. Valet to put the car in, valet to take out the car, resort fees all on top of $350/night. Emails several days ahead to upgrade your room. For a cost of course. The refrigerator is stocked like a liquor store and the pantry is stocked with munchies, along with items for your “personal pleasure”. Party City - all for a price. You need a degree in electrical engineering to operate the elevators and be quick on your feet, with luggage because your particular elevator will be in one of two ends of the hall, and they don’t wait for you! Never got to the pool but we were charged the recreational charge no matter. The area around the hotel is sketchy and there is no place close by to go anyway. Then there is the traffic noise. Checked to make sure we were in Miami and not Daytona several times because it was loud enough to be on the grounds of the 500 until after midnight. The traffic noise came piped in thru the bathroom vent which amplified the noise right into the bedroom. We do not recommend.
