Hotel was very clean. However when housekeeping came to clean our room we didn’t notice much of a difference. Only provided with two wash cloths and two towels for two people for three nights. Some staff members weren’t very nice. Surprise incidental fees. Wouldn’t stay again.

Our room was very clean and our floor was quiet. Never waited long for an elevator. The only thing our room didn’t have was a top sheet for the king bed. Sleeping under the comforter was too warm for me. I called housekeeping the next day and they brought one right up. The washer/dryer and full size fridge with a icemaker was a nice surprise.

Reserved a handicap room, we had to move 3 times to get the correct room. The gentlemen helping us with our luggage were great but the front desk was not very helpful. They said we would get 100 dollar room service credit for our trouble, so we ordered breakfast and got charged for it even after I asked the front desk about it when checking out and he said the credit was there.
