Consistency and putting guest satisfaction first!

My wife and adult daughters have stayed several times with mixed reviews. Wife thought I should give it a try since hotel is beautiful but the staff is what has made prior stays bad. My experience was good, I am hopeful you continue to always be focused on the guest.

I enjoyed the stay it was very nice and very clean I enjoyed all the amenities and especially the pool and hot tub. The service was excellent from the greet of being welcomed to the hotel everyone was a such a pleasure I would definitely recommend this hotel if your traveling to Miami 10/10000 would stay here again.

Disappointed

The hotel was nice!!!! The staff were rude and not very friendly especially as i don't speak Spanish being a latino person. However please teach your staff people skills and your shuttle service to the port Miami to show up on time when a customer books that service and charging $6.78 for a can of coca cola is outrageous. Overall i had a comfortable stay the view from my room was the most amazing part of my stay so for that view I'll say priceless!!!!!! And the room had no ironing board for bieng such a pricey hotel i was disappointed with that. Great location to lots of activities though !!!!!!

It was ok

The unit was big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel surprised us with a beautiful welcome letter and a bottle of prosecco. However, the pots had food stains, our washroom was missing a shower curtain and rod, and the sofa would benefit from a deep clean. We had booked luggage pick up as we had my elderly mother in a walker and needed assistance but no one came. Needless to say, we won't be back.
