Polite and professional staff members Smooth check in and check out ! However I’d like to bring to your attention that the price in your Tiki menu is not accrurate. The beef angus burger is listed at 24 yet it is printed at 25$ on the bill. It’s not about the dollar difference !

Beach was fantastic, ocean water was clean, no sea weed. Really friendly staff, Denis at the front desk was very welcoming. Our room was nice. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only neg were the elevators - I was stuck in one for 10 minutes, and late at night, they made banging noises in the walls. Will definitely come back to the Palms.
