The Spa treatments are amazing. The staff are very nice, respectful, and caring to everyone. The beach server and staff setting up the chairs and umbrellas are the kindest hardworking young men. Thank you all.

We enjoyed our stay. We prefer a quieter hotel in Miami and this was perfect for that even with multiple weddings happening during our stay. The room and pool were very nice. We also enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Super quick walk to the beach. My only complaint is that the pillows could use an upgrade.

when i arrived i was not given the correct room, i did speak to a manager but they where both rude. The picture when i booked the room was not the same. i should have given some type of credit or something. i will look into how i can get compensated.

This property was great! My friend and I loved the amenities of this hotel and how close it was to the beach and how accessible the staff were on the beach for you to order drinks and food! The only thing that was a little annoying was the first day we arrived, we ate at the restaurant in the hotel, the food was great but the waiter that day was pretty rude and the fact that my friend and I noted it simultaneously was surprising considering they receive a 20% tip automatically from the bill. Other than that the hotel itself was great and very beautiful, will definitely return in the future!
