Disappointed in closed pool and deck

Only looked at hotels with pools and upon checking in told pool closed until 2 or 3ish. That was ok but then at 4ish told pool and outdoor decks would remain closed. Shame shame shame. Could have picked cheaper options without pools had we known

No easy parking around the property, limited to 3 hours max and residential parking only on parallel streets. You are kind of forced to opt-in to valet parking. And the valet person who was there on the night we were at the hotel was not really a good driver. Apart from that we had a nice short stay

Awesome service

Do to United changing our flight, we got to hotel extremely early. The front desk attendant was very helpful & got us checked in early. She even helped us with restaurant options for lunch. We would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff is really nice and friendly and very helpful. Our room very clean and comfortable. Only problem we got a free shuttle from the airport and it took us to wrong location. We are at Tru by Hilton west Brickell and it took us to Tru by Hilton but, not west Brickell so, the lady at the desk called for a taxi cab for us to get to our right hotel. Took over an hour longer and we were hungry and tired from traveling but, it all turned out fine.

Had a one night stay here prior to a Cruise. The hotel is located slightly more than walking distance from both central Miami and the nearest metro rail station. Hotel was clean, facilities were good as was the breakfast. Beware when booking transport to the cruise terminal though. Cruise terminal transfer was priced at $15 per person. It may be competitive for a solo traveller but not for a family of four. We asked the staff to call a taxi which they stated they had done but when the taxi arrived it was the cruise terminal transfer they had booked. This was not a genuine mistake as we stated explicitly we didn't want the cruise terminal transfer and wanted a taxi. Clearly there is a financial incentive for the staff/hotel to use the terminal transfer company and by the time it arrives and it becomes apparent a taxi hasn't been called it's too late. Not only that, the transfer driver was terrible, there was insufficient room in the vehicle for all the bags so some got packed into the passenger area with us which meant we were holding them back round every corner. He also nearly had an accident whilst skipping a red light onto a roundabout.
