Fantastic Hotel

Exceptional stay. The hotel is essentially brand new. Our suite was equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and dishes, much like a condo. It was very roomy and had an additional living area with a pull out couch, which was great for our kids. Breakfast was hot everyday with various offerings of eggs, sausage, and bacon, along with a waffle maker and multiple continental options. The pool was excellent (although a hot tub would have been great ๐Ÿ˜ƒ). Check in was at a generous 11 a.m. (vs 3 p.m. at traditional hotels) and checkout was at noon. The only drawback of our stay was the TV reception which was so poor at times it was unwatchable (streaming options worked great though). Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Clean better!

Was really excited to stay here with it being new - room was great but bathroom not cleaned. Previous guests hair was in shower still (yuck) but went to front desk to request a cleaning (front desk staff were amazing). However, next day when they were suppose to clean my bathroom, the hair still remained. Just wanna point out - I know the hair wouldโ€™ve been easy to clean up! I was super nice and understanding when bringing up to the front desk guy. However, being a paying customer I just expected a clean bathroom.

Never again!! 1. Check in says 11am. Got there at 3pm (normal check in time). No rooms ready....even though we planned our entire timing of this day around needing our room to get ready for our event 2. Booked 2 queen room. Was told they "overbooked" 2 queen rooms so had to settle for a king a sofa sleeper. When asked for a discount....nothing but useless Marriott points 3. Got charged for the room....even though it was ALREADY PAID FOR! SHADY OPERATION and just glad I double checked my credit card. Horrible experience. Spend the extra $25 to go across the circle to Home2Suites

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cozy bedroom. Although I didn't spend much time in my room, it was a nice place to relax. The hotel itself smells brand new, with a welcoming seating area. The pool, fitness center, and fire pit were nice, and the laundry room was a huge convenience. However, my check-in experience was disappointing. Ashley at the front desk was rude and seemed more focused on guests walking around than assisting me. I had trouble with the card scanner, and instead of offering help, she became frustrated, turned her screen toward me, and spoke to me condescendingly. As someone in property management, I found this unprofessional. The rest of the staff made up for this. The young lady who transitioned from housekeeping to the front desk and the gentleman who checked me out were both friendly and helpful. The woman with the black hair and blond money pieces (works at night) in particular, was outstandingโ€”she was accommodating, got me extra towels, and even helped me with a key card when I locked mine in the laundry room. Despite the poor first impression, I would recommend this hotel due to its great amenities.

Nice and new

Beautiful brand new hotel! I had an issue in the middle of the night with my upstairs neighbor sounding like he was dropping bowling balls on the floor and called the front desk and they were able to immediately notify and stop the noise or at least it got a little more quiet lolโ€ฆ Kind people and gorgeous property!

Great place to stay

We had a great time and will definitely stay here again. It was new, so everything was in great condition, and super clean. Our room was spacious, with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen area. All of the employees were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The pool was fantastic. The hotel is also in a great location, with easy access and in a nice area.
