Welcome to Beach Bear & Beach Cub - a bright, comfortable combo unit (main & guest house)for families, friends, and larger groups. Previously known as Life's a Peach & Made in the Shade, these homes are very popular with guests - many of whom request them year after year.

It's the perfect pair, shaded beneath the tallest trees in Beachwalk Resort. Gather your group of all ages and hang out on the wrap-around porch, watching the shooting fountain in Waterfall Park. A wooden walkway connects both houses, with a private shaded deck between them for lounging and watching the little ones. Both homes are great for those who need to avoid stairs, with main bedrooms on the first floors.

Both the main and the guest house feature an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings with high windows for a delightful space filled with rays of sunshine. Perch on the stools around the kitchen island in the main house for lively conversation while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Gather your gang around the large, round table in the dining area for a holiday meal or game night. Later, chill-out in the cozy living room with its two plush sofas and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace and the high-definition smart TV. Rain or shine, day or night, the spacious screened-in, covered patio with its own TV lets you enjoy the outdoors—indoors, for cocktails with friends or relaxing with your favorite music and a good book.

LOCATION
Located in Beachwalk Resort just a short walk to the Sandcastle Playground and all resort amenities.

Private Lake Kai with sandy beach inside the resort, with direct path access across Lake Shore Drive to Sheridan Beach on Lake Michigan. 4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

PARKING
Parking for 3 regular sized cars at the home, please do NOT block neighbors parking or access. Parking for trailers and boats is prohibited. Overflow parking lot available for additional cars.
