Eigentlich schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich gut, müsste aber dringend mal richtig sauber gemacht werden. Alte Schnuller und Haargummi in Dreckwolken unter zusammengestellten Betten, alte Pflaster unter einem Einzelbett, Blutflecken auf Matratzenschonern und Kopfkissen, schmuddelige Bettdecken mit braungelben Verfärbungen, Kalk-Laufspuren im Whirlpool (den wir nicht benutzt haben), Stockflecken unter der Duschmatte - das geht gar nicht. Außerdem wird in dem Inserat der Eindruck erweckt, es gebe eine funktionierende Heizung. Das ist nicht der Fall. Nur ein einzelner Klimaanlagenkörper im Wohnzimmer ist in Funktion; dies ist wohl auch schon länger so, wie uns der dänische Nachbar (selbst Hauseigentümer) erklärte.
