The elevator takes you to the hall of the apartment. Through one door you have access to the living room, and through the other door to the bedrooms and bathroom. A children's travel bed and a high chair are also provided. All practical amenities are present; coffee maker with filter + senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, DVD player and an electric barbecue. At the back of the building, you have the possibility to safely store bicycles.

The park is 100 m away and the tram stop is only 50 m from the house, and at the same distance is the spacious and affordable Normand Parking.
