The Space:
You are greeted by a nice wide entry hall and once inside you’ll discover a very modern, spacious & lovely kitchen with concrete island bench and stools. There is a separate pantry with wine fridge and washing machine. The kitchen consists of a fridge/freezer, electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher and ground coffee bean machine. There is also a dining area to seat six and an open plan lounge room with large glass windows to let the afternoon sea breeze in.

Split system air conditioner, ceiling fans and wood slow combustion heater for year-round comfort.
There is a lovely courtyard if you like a quiet place to read a good book.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, built in robe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom two has a king single bed and trundle bed, built in robe and ceiling fan.
