We had a room with 2 queens. The main room was fine with no issues. The heat turned on and worked fast. But in the bathroom we were not given any soap. There was bottles on the wall for things like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion- but no hand soap at all. The shower drain was partially broke and the shower made a high pitch squeal the entire time the water ran, which woke up my baby when i tried to take a shower.

It wasn't apparent online that there was going to be a fee for having a pet. They just said they allowed pets so I was totally surprised (and really upset) when they told me there was a $75(😲) fee for having a pet!

Just 40 minutes to Miami University (Oxford) campus. Very easy drive. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Very comfortable bed and goose down pillows.

I stayed 6 nights on a work trip. There were no towels for showering when I arrived, had to request them. My room was only serviced 2x. The dresser drawers don’t stay shut. Had no issues with the staff, room was clean and the breakfast was decent.

Loud room above

It wasn't a good sleep even after a day at the amusement park. Sound between the floor above kept the whole family up most of the night. Complained twice. Didn't want anyone kicked out in middle of the night so just kept up hope. Either the floor above was haunted or children running back and forth all night unsupervised.
