I had a very nice stay overall. The room was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. As someone with a disability, I found my accessible room to be very adequate for my needs. The main challenge I experienced was that the parking lot and sidewalks were not cleared well enough, which made getting around difficult for me. Additionally, while we were loading the car, our room keys were deactivated right at 11:00, and we weren’t able to get back into the building. That was very inconvenient. The remodel looks great, and the breakfast was very satisfactory. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing the pillows, as they were not very comfortable. Despite the issues mentioned, I would stay here again. If you’d like it to sound more formal, more positive, or more direct about the concerns, I can adjust it!

Everything was great except the pool. The pool was cold. Pool water should be pleasant to swim in. Especially for those that are not interested in hot tubs. Also, the fact that no pets are allowed. Otherwise, all was good.Very clean, staff was very nice. I would recommend others to Comfort Inn. It was truly comfortable.

It was a nice big room, very clean even though the hotel was in a renovation. The elevator is a hard to find at first the front desk person did not give us directions to it when we checked in, had to go back and ask.
