Step into a piece of Midland history — beautifully reimagined for modern comfort. This fully renovated one-bedroom apartment is a completely private unit with its own entrance, located inside a charming multi-family 1905 home right on Main Street in the heart of Midland’s Historic District. Every detail has been thoughtfully updated with high-end finishes while preserving the vintage character that makes this space truly special.

The spacious, open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped and renovated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook a great meal. The cozy den is perfect for reading, working, or relaxing. The bedroom features a king-size bed with luxury bedding, and the beautifully updated bathroom boasts a walk-in marble-tiled shower. A full-size pullout bed in the den comfortably accommodates additional guests.

This is one of the most walkable locations in Midland. Step outside your front door and you’re on Main Street — surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, and local favorites. The Santa House is directly across the street, and the Pere Marquette Rail Trail (30 miles of paved trail for walking, biking, or jogging) is right behind the property. Dow Gardens, the Midland Center for the Arts, and Dow Diamond (home of the Great Lakes Loons) are all within a 15-minute walk. We also provide bag chairs and a cooler for guests to enjoy downtown music events and festivals.

Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business visitors — especially those in town for Dow or other local employers. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a work trip, or exploring Michigan’s Great Lakes Bay region, this apartment puts you in the center of it all without needing a car.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The owners did a phenomenal job renovating this historic home- it was decorated in a charming, lovely, updated manner while preserving the structural character of an older home. We've stayed in many properties, never knowing if there would be any basic supplies provided- this had perfect supplies (paper products), while also offering appreciated extras (coffee, tea, Qtips, cotton balls, soaps, etc)

Perfect place for our 2 night stay!! Loved it! My adult daughter & I spent the weekend at this adorable, very clean, very welcoming home. Clara checked in with us shortly after we arrived, to see if we needed anything & was prompt in answering our questions. We attended a concert at Midland Center for the Arts on Friday. The next day we visited Dow Gardens then walked all over downtown (just a block away)and strolled the Tridge & the Pere Marquette Trail running along behind the house.. Had dinner at Witchcraft Taproom & breakfast at Laskos. We brought food for a dinner & a breakfast and cooked at the house. The kitchen is well stocked & decor throughout the house is very classy but comfortable. We immediately felt right at home. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall we were both sad to leave. We highly recommend this home for your visit to Midland. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Midland.

This property is even nicer than the photos! It's newly renovated, clean and well appointed. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. It's only a block away from downtown and walking distance to the baseball stadium. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
