The Bed was so hard we could not sleep on it. We ordered a King Room with Walk in Shower There were none available the only rooms with that facility was 2 Queens . When we finally got the room the bed hurt our back so bad that neither my wife or myself could sleep so we left and got a room at the Hilton Garden. In the past we have stayed at a Hilton group Hotel but Expedia Rated your Facility as 10 & the Hilton Garden 9.2 . What a miss representation of the facility.

Quick and friendly check in. The room was clean and having a refrigerator was nice. They also had kitchen items, but we didn’t use them during our stay.
