Väldig bra och fint hotell. Nybyggt och fräscht. Finns aktiviteter att göra för alla. Stora rum med bekväma sängar. Nära till havet och affärer. Väldigt mycket folk i restaurangen, svårt att få plats på frukosten.

Der Baulärm und die Baustelle befand sich direkt vor und unter unserem Zimmer. Wir sind dadurch früh morgens durch das Bohren aufgewacht. Keine Hinweise von Hotels.com, dass es dort eine große Baustelle gibt. Es ist unverständlich warum die Zimmer zu dieser Seite überhaupt vergeben werden. Wir konnten nach mehrmaligen Bitten das Zimmer zum Glück tauschen, aber erst einen Tag später. Das war aber positiv. Die Situation am Frühstücksbüffet war sehr überfüllt, man musste länger warten um einen Platz zu bekommen. Es war sehr stressig. Das kleine Schwimmbad war dementsprechend voll und extrem laut, die anderen Attraktionen öffneten leider erst im Juni. Für uns hat dieses Hotel leider nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Vielleicht passt es aber besser für andere Familien. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, das Essen (Buffet) ist sehr gut. Leider waren unsere Matratzen extrem durchgelegen (richtige Kuhlen in der Mitte) und das Zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Für den Preis absolut nicht okay. Unser Zimmer war direkt an der Minigolf Anlage und für unsere Tochter (Kleinkind) war es zu laut zum einschlafen abends. Insgesamt war es okay, für den Preis hätten wir aber mehr erwartet.

Da das Hotel noch teils im Bau ist konnten wir natürlich nicht alle Aktivitäten ausnutzen aber es sieht viel versprechend aus. Der Innenpool ist etwas Kompliziert zu erreichen und etwas Baulärm hat man auch aber alles im allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Alles in allem ein tolle Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub. Das Apartment ist mehr als Großzügig und die Ausstattung zweckmässig, das Badezimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das Hotel besticht durch ein modernes und gepflegtes Ambiente mit vielen Freizeitaktivitäten für Familien mit Kindern. Die Rezeption wirkte unterbesetzt für einen Freitag als Anreisetag, hier mussten wir ca 30 Minuten für das Einchecken warten. Das Frühstück ist zwar reichhaltig, jedoch sehr Fleisch und Fischlastig. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Kalt- und Warmgetränken. Teilweise wirkten die Speißen ungesalzen. Wir haben einmalig das Abendbuffet gebucht, dies ließ mehr als zu Wünschen zu übrig. Keine gute Auswahl, Speisen nicht gesalzen. Davon würden wir wohl zukünftig die Finger lassen und lieber das Restaurant „Taverna“ nutzen. (Super Pizza mit Roomservice). Das Servicepersonal ist nett, aufmerksam und äußerst zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Alles in allem für uns ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende, und wenn wir mal wieder raus aus dem Alltag müssen würden wir wieder in das Aqua Resort Bel Mare, da hier ein gutes Preis-Leistubgsverhältnis vorherrscht.

Sehr Kinder- und familienfreundliches Hotel mit einer großer Auswahl an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Angebot bereits für Kleinkinder. Die Familiensuite ist mit ca. 42 qm sehr geräumig und für eine Familie mit 2 Kinder mehr als ausreichend. Manko hingegen war der Zimmerservice. Es erfolgte lediglich eine Reinigung innerhalb einer Aufenthaltsdauer von sechs Tagen. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Das Belmare Resort ist absolut empfehlenswert. Reisezeit war im Oktober.

Die Zimmer sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Check in gestaltet sich schwierig, wenn man kein polnisch spricht. Zu dem Frühstück herrscht das absolute Chaos. Es ist zwar eine sehr große Auswahl und es wird auch immer wieder aufgefüllt, aber die Warteschlange an den Getränke- und Kaffeeautomaten sind sehr lang. Zum Teil muss man auch auf einen Tisch warten. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal hin fahren.
