Perfect for couples or groups of up to four people who want to explore the beautiful Costa del Sol. The duplex is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dinners. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and private terraces, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.
The apartment offers views of the garden and a modern and relaxing atmosphere next to a tennis club, although the use of its sports facilities is not included. The location is strategic, with quick access to the A-7 motorway, facilitating excursions to Málaga, Marbella, Estepona or Tarifa.
