This colonial, very well equipped villa is situated on a large private finca. It lies below the picturesque old town center of the mountain village "Mijas", the nearest beach can be reached in just 10 minutes. The view is stunning.
The additional "suite" is located near the pool. It has a comfortable king size bed, as well as a jacuzzi on the terrace. From the suites rooftop terrace one can enjoy another amazing view of the coast. A perfect spot to come together for a sundowner.

Possible upgrade: The bungalow Casa Luisa is available for two additional guests, in case more than 10 persons are booked or you wish to have an additional bedroom and an additional bathroom (up to 12 persons). Please ask for the cost of the upgrade.

In addition to beautiful gardens with magnificent flowers, a private swimming pool and a tennis court are at your disposal. A Koi pond ensures relaxed hours on the terrace and our curious peacocks like to stop by for a visit.

This villa is situated on a 35,000 square meter estate, from which you have a great view to the town of Fuengirola to the south and a view of the white village of Mijas. Home grown organic fruits and vegetables are available.

Homeoffice is easily possible with available desks and separate rooms.

Most beautiful house and most gracious hosts

I cannot state enough how beautiful Las Brisas is and how gracious Pia, Hans, and Marc are. The Villa and grounds are better than described and pictured. We had a group of eleven with family and friends and the extra Casitas were perfect. Do yourself a favor and stay here for the location, which was very convenient to Mijas and Fuengirola, and the gorgeous grounds and houses. We plan to be back so leave some dates open for us.

Fantastic Villa

This was a perfect villa for our time in Spain. The view, the tennis and swimming pool as well as the size of the property was wonderful for our family You will spend a great deal of time just admiring the view. Hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. Enjoy your time here. We will be back next year.

Wonderful character property with stunning view down to the sea

Our family of 9 including 3 small children enjoyed having so much space in the beautiful garden surrounding this villa. The weather in early April,although sunny, was cool and we were glad, therefore, that one of the pools could be heated, as this was the main attraction for the children especialy. This meant a very short walk to the beautiful lower pool next to the excellent main tennis courts. The villa itself is charming and full of character with plenty of space for the whole family, although there are only 3 bathrooms to the 4 bedrooms. Despite the property listing describing all rooms as having double beds, the photos show 2 rooms with twin beds. In fact only one room was made up as a twin. We didn't use the "honeymoon suite" in the nearby villa Louisa as it didn't suit our requirements. The garden around the house which is beautifully maintained and full of colour, is regularly visited by a group of peacocks most mornings. The children were fascinated, but unfortunately failed to avoid walking in the droppings left behind, which is understandably difficult to keep on top of, but a bit of a nuisance. However, we found Marc, the on-site villa manager very helpful and attentive to our requests. Also,the couple recommended by the host for providing a barbeque or paella meal, did a wonderful job of catering for us one afternoon. In fact we found everyone we came aross on the estate to be very friendly and happy to recommend good places to eat.

The main villa is large and quirky - but in a good way. The grounds are enormous and our children loved staying in the mountains overlooking the sea. The nearby town of Mijas is also a lovely and easy outing from the property

Family vacation

We had a utterly pleasant stay at the property. The house is big, clean, charming with a really nice garden and pool. The view over Fuengirola is marvelous and the outside area for dining is great. The property even has orange plantations ad other exotic fruits. The air-condition and internet works fine and so does the kitchen, with all of it's facilities. The extra house was great and very spacious with it's own TV, shower, kitchen. The house is close to the pool and tennis court. The bedrooms are great and so are the beds. Bathrooms are good as well. The host is really service minded and kind. Some minor things during our stay were fixed immediately when asked for. I could go on listing great things about this house and surroundings but I feel I must give some constructive feedback as well. The house is a bit hard to find, especially if you're trying to find it in the middle of the night with Google The kitchen is a bit small, if you're a big company (we were 9-11 people). Outside (and in the dining room) there's a lot of space to eat, but the kitchen itself is a bit small. The peacocks with kids are of course exotic and we took a lot of pictures, feeding them and so on, but they also poo on the ground so you have to watch out. The pool area have some insects that keep landing in the pool so you have to clean that regular with the net. The grill (even the second one provided) was old and outdated, thus a big disappointment. Hope they fix a proper grill for future guests.

An incredible two weeks

Las Brisas is everything that we wanted in a summer vacation home and more. Our group of 10 that ranged from 3 to 79 years of age found the large grounds a wonderful place to spend our time. The bedsheets, towels, etc. were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the pool was in great condition. In addition, we enjoyed the tennis court, peacock sightings and picking fruit in the garden. The homeowners were very responsive and easy to work with and the managers on site were very helpful too. Las Brisas will be our only choice when we visit Malaga / Marbella again.

The villa was absolutely amazing. Set in a rural location ensuring total privacy and quiet holiday but only 5-10 mins drive from shops and 15 mins drive from Mijas. The villa was very spacious and very well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Fresh fruit was available every day from the villas orchards. Our family absolutely loved our stay there especially the pool and tennis court. The only thing missing was lighting around the pool area for the evenings but aside from that we would highly recommend this property and we plan to return again in the near future.

Beautiful surroundings and impressive property

We had a fabulous family holiday at Las Brisas in August 2018. The location is just far enough away from the main Mijas Pueblo to be quiet yet fully accessible to all amenities. Fuengirola is no more than 10 minutes by car away for all the shopping and eating establishments that you may need. There are a couple of excellent restaurants just 5 minutes from the property so no need to go to Fuengirola or Mijas every day. It is a traditional house with spacious main living areas and good sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is large and well equipped which is not often the case in Spain. The real winner is the location and views towards Fuengirola; the gardens and outside spaces are fabulous with the pool area, tennis court and changing facilities a short wander through the well kept gardens. The agent was excellent and organised the Wi-fi as we arrived and the onsite property manager and wife were simply delightful. I would highly recommend the property and the associated other smaller villas.

Tennis and swimming in a beautiful villa with an amazing view

We spent 11 sunny days in this beautiful villa. The staff were lovely and they made sure that our stay at Las Brisas villa was totally enjoyable. Swimming pool and tennis court were both in good condition and clean. The view from the villa is something else and the peacocks and colourful fishes brought a nice touch to the patio. Garden is full of lemon and orange trees. The decor of the villa also meets the eye. I can easily recommend this property.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit dem tollen Garten, Pool und Tennisplatz sehr genossen. Der Obstgarten, in dem wir uns bedienen durften, war fantastisch und unsere Kinder liebten die Kois, die Pfaue und Hühner. Unsere Gastgeber waren wahnsinnig nett, standen jederzeit für Fragen und für Hilfe zur Verfügung und haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Super dejligt hus med autencitet. Præcis som vist på billederne og grunden til at vi valgte dette sted. Men den store bonus er omgivelserne. Haven, parken eller grunden - ord er næsten ikke dækkende. 2 bassiner - eller anlæg - med smukke fisk, som både børn og voksne havde glæde af at fodre. Fritgående påfugle og alskens eksotiske træer som fx avocado,mango,figner, appelsiner, mandler m.m. Dejligt poolområde og tennisbane. Absolut fantastisk.

Ein traumhaft schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Ein Haupthaus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, ein weiteres kleineres, helles und freundliches Haus als Rückzugsmöglichkeit für uns Großeltern, ein schöner, großzügiger und sauberer Pool, ein traumhafter Garten mit vielen schattigen und lauschigen Plätzchen …. All dies hat Las Brisas für uns Großeltern und die Familien unser Kinder mit 3 Kleinkindern zu einem perfekten, unvergesslichen Urlaubsdomizil gemacht. Die Fischteiche und Pfauen mit Nachwuchs waren ein Highlight, nicht nur für die Kinder. Vielen Dank auch für die Betreuung durch Marc, der zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar war.

Great (family) getaway

Stayed for a fortnight- all in all with party of 7 ranging to 9 Great location & views. Getting away from it sll whilst nearby Malaga & Marbella. Very spacious and with good amenities. Property is lovingly maintained, bit rustic but that only fitted the location. Pool & tennis court were great. Fantastic & service oriented caretakers & owner. Will come back.

Lovely hosts and amazing house for a group of up to 10 people. Spectacular gardens, huge swimmingpool, lovely tennis court. The house itself is also amazing with a wonderful specious living room and dining room, several bath rooms etc. 5 stars all the way.

Einfach wunderbar

Nach einer wunderbaren Woche wären wir gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, mit einem tollen Pool inmitten einer traumhaften Anlage. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über die Landschaft bis hinunter zum Meer. Auch und gerade in Corona-Zeiten haben wir uns hier sehr sicher gefühlt.

Prachtig huis, heel veel ruimte, fantastisch zwembad en uitzicht.

We hebben er een heerlijke tijd gehad. De ondersteuning was uitstekend! De villa is erg mooi en heeft alle voorzieningen. Twee minpunten: wifi is niet gratis, dat is tegenwoordig wel heel normaal! Inrichting van de keuken is minimaal. Maar voor de rest uitetskend!

Sehr schönes Anwesen, toller Pool, schöner Blick, freundliche Betreuung

Das Objekt ist sehr schön, das Haus ist geräumig und hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick ins Meer. Der Pool ist riesig und hat viele Bäume drumherum, so dass man genug Schatten findet. Die Möbel und Ausstattung ist zweckmässig. Die Küche ist sehr schön und modern. Das einzige, dass wir nicht verstanden haben, ist das der Internet extra bezahlt werden sollte. Wir haben demzufolge darauf verzichtet. Bei einem so tollem Haus wäre aus meiner Sicht selbstverständlich, dass eine Internetverbindung vorhanden ist. Die Betreuung von Martin war sehr gut und wir würden immer wieder gerne in diesem tollen Haus Urlaub machen. Danke dafür!
