o apartamento e otimo e muito bem cuidado. porem, ele tem a janela da sala na rua (por ser um apartamento terreo), isso pode incomodar e trazer um pouco de inseguranca dependendo da quantidade de hospedes, pois o predio tambem nao tem porteiro ou seguranca. porem nos nao tivemos nenhum problema, a rua e segura e com bom movimento local. aquecimento adequado, limpeza satisfatoria, com excessao das loucas da cozinha que nao sao higienizadas ha muito tempo... acho que isso poderia ser mais organizado, muitas loucas antigas, e sujas. A empresa e otima e presta todo o apoio necessario! E um otimo imovel, com metro perto e perfeito para se deslocar pela cidade!
