Verry clean and cozy apartment and most important it's close to casa Milan and San Siro Stadium. If going again to Milan will definitely book again

This unit was advertised on Expedia in the hotel section. It is not a hotel. There is no on-site management. I had to pick up the key at night at a hotel 20 minutes drive from the unit. Not speaking Italian, this was very difficult particularly since it was raining and cabs were almost impossible to find. In the morning, there was very limited cell and no Internet. I was only make able to make it to my morning appointment because a neighbor let me use their Internet connection to get transportation. Communication with the property manager was very slow and inadequate, both before and during my stay. Later when I inquired, I learned there was Internet, I just hadn’t been informed of it, and there was no notice inside the apartment Making matters worse, there was no heat on a very cold two nights stay. I inquired, and the property manager said the heat would not be turned on until later in the month! The single blanket provided was not adequate. The bedroom is up a very narrow flight of stairs in a loft with a low ceiling. The bathroom is downstairs — very inconvenient. Overall, a terrible experience, and on the first night, trying to get the key and navigate to the unit, frightening. The property manager was uncaring and arrogant. Rent this apartment only as a last resort. And don’t put yourself in a position of having to pick up the key at night.

I wouldn't come back.

we chose it basically because of the location which is very good with many services and well communicated. The photos are at least 10 years old. The smell of tobacco is horrible. The comfort of the sofa is poor and the mattress of the bed is bad. I have not been able to rest at all.

L'aria condizionata c'è, ma non la devi usare!

Appartamento pulito e molto carino, a poca distanza dai mezzi pubblici che portano in centro. Check-in e check out semplici e veloci. Unica pecca: i servizi indicati non corrispondono a quanto effettivamente fornito. Lavatrice, phon e ferro da stiro sono inutilizzabili in quanto non esiste un riduttore che consenta di inserire la spina nella presa. Li hai i servizi, ma non li puoi utilizzare, a meno che non ti rechi in un negozio di elettronica. Potrebbe sembrare una dimenticanza, invece è una strategia: la spina del condizionatore era staccata e mancava il telecomando: stessa storia, ti dico che c'è l'aria condizionata, ma non puoi accenderla. Abbiamo pertanto scritto al gestore, in quanto a Milano in quei giorni si percepivano 35 gradi, e questa è stata la testuale risposta:"Buonasera Laura ci scusiamo ma purtroppo i telecomandi non siamo riusciti a portarli.Siamo spiacenti." Il mio giudizio complessivo è pertanto molto negativo, in quanto la struttura promette servizi inesistenti. Avevamo scelto in funzione dell'aria condizionata, rispetto ad altre sistemazioni che avevano il ventilatore a soffitto, ed erano molto più economiche. Alla fine ci siamo ritrovati senza condizionatore e senza nemmeno un ventilatore, pagando un prezzo pari a quello di un albergo a tre stelle. Non ci torneremo.

Bene.

Mi sono trovata bene solo que é carente in strumenti per cucinare, meterei qualque pentola in piu e il letto sembra que stia per rompersi ma per il resto tutto apposto, il locale e ampio e le foto del baño non sembra que sia ampio ma invece quando lo vedi si non e male le foto non riflettono bene lo spazio ma a me e piaciuto la casa ed inoltre e ben posizionato a 5min con il tram dal centro.

No hay nada bueno, alquile dos cama y dejaron un solo juego de sábanas, reclame y no obtuve respuesta. El telefónico que publican esta desconcertado. Por email sólo para pedir dinero.

Goede ligging. Niet echt super proper (oppervlakkig gekuist). Geen handdoeken, geen lakens voor sofa bed, geen vuilbakken, geen chauffage geen warm water... we zijn aangekomen op zondag en pas maandag werd dit aangepakt en opgelost. We hebben ook niemand gezien... alle communicatie verliep via whatsapp en tel. Samengevat: te duur voor wat je krijgt
