This hotel was just okay. The location was good. The room and bathroom were reasonably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we've ever slept on. The hooks on the wall and on the door in the bathroom don't hold anything; everything you put to hang on them just falls right off. Also, there were scuff marks all over the walls in the room.

Friendly hotel in Milan's Niguarda

The hotel has some of the friendliest workers. When I checked in, the front desk staff took my luggage to my room in the upstairs annex, even though it didn't have an elevator. They had a minibar close to the front desk, and were very keen to sell me the sparkling water "frissante". Breakfast was in a room in the main building. It had a good selection of items.
