Front desk people were very friendly and there was a friendly bellboy that helped take our luggage to our rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the ground floor area seems recently renovated and very comfortable. Unfortunately my room wasn’t as great . Room was musty and had a weird odor to it especially room 813 . My business partner stayed in 513 and even though it was also musty it wasn’t as bad. I had to sleep with a face mask on due to the smell. There is also no additional security on the doors , there is no latch and the lock didn’t work so anyone with a key can enter the room . WiFi didn’t work in the room and when we called the reception they said to go to the hallway and come back in the room . That wasn’t effective

First of all do not put the address in Apple Maps nor google maps. It will lead you to an industrial parking lot across from the hotel. Second, we were told upon arrival that the pool was open however after we dressed in our swimsuits (following our attempt (and failure) to hike across a highway and $30 Uber) we were informed the pool was entirely shut. MOST NOTABLY, there was black mold in the shower. I would not say this is a four star hotel. The only semi redeeming quality was the hotel breakfast croissants.

My trailer was broken into in the hotel car park. Witnessed a lorry having a smashed window and attended to by police on my last visit in June 24. It was my turn this time
