The bathroom faucets weren’t working properly. The shower was terrible (water was leaking heavily from the hose, barely reaching the shower-head), and the water pressure was very low. The plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery were all dirty and covered with stains. Nothing is cheap without a reason. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and I definitely would never come back.

Air conditioning broken. No wifi. Room not ready. Toilet leaking all over the floor. Small cramped. We checked in and am looking for other accommodations. This place is unfit to stay in. They gave us key to room and it wouldn’t open the door, we went back down stairs to report this only to be told there are two rooms that have the same room number. Do not stay here.

The appartment is clean and spacious. The neighberhood is quiet, there is a grocery store nearby, 5 minutes walk. The tram is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you to the heart of Milan.

Stressful time with check in and local taxes paid directly to accommodation We booked through Hotel.com and their receipt states taxes paid locally However check in pre arrival demand 100% more in local taxes Many emails to Hotel.com and accommodation directly did not resolve our issues so we just had to pay extra €170 euros Today we moved to alternative accommodation locally for the remainder of our works

It was fine. Definitely not what the pictures show especially the bathroom. Our shower head was broken and tub was extremely filthy. Besides that we stayed busy and just made sure to have a place to lay our head down. Im sure other rooms were maybe better however ours was not.

It is a 30-40 minutes in tram and train ride to Milan. Also the room was terrible it smelled like fresh paint and we had to open all the windows and doors just to breathe. Room wasn’t cleaned and spider webs were there. WiFi doesn’t even really work. But if you have a big family maybe consider it.

Not too far from Milan city center, easily accessible via public transport. Tram is available at 4 mins walking distance. Safe and secure covered parking space. Good service from reception. Superstore and shopping in 5 mins distance. Outlet shopping centre in 15 mins distance.

It’s ok but not that good.

The neighborhood is so loud. It was 3 in the morning and people are still laughing outside. Inside the hotel smells cigarette. Too expensive for the condition and location.

Don’t bother….

Arrived and reception were great. About 50 mins from the main station by metro and tram. The hotel is covered in scaffolding and sheets so you can’t actually see that its the hotel at all. As most people book a room with their eyes from a website or brochure, you expect to find what you see. Our room we expected should have had a bed and a sofa opposite. What we had was 2 very cramped bedrooms, no side tables. There’s no hangers in the very dated wardrobes. The bathroom was filthy. Filthy shower curtain, sealant was in huge lumps at each end of the bath, shower attachment fell off the wall because it wasn’t fixed properly. After a shower the water flooded under the bathroom wall into the little hallway in the rooms. We told reception on the way out because we lay our towels on the floor to soak it up. They said they’d fix it. In the evening on our return we found the towels still on the floor. Not sure if they re sealed after I shouted or before we got back but the dirty lumps of sealant was removed and I think a small child must’ve been employed to put new sealant round the bath. It is that bad! And they must’ve walked in that bath with muddy boots because it’s that dirty. Also, sealant around the toilet was put but that didn’t stop the loo from rocking whilst you did your business. As I say, reception staff are good and helpful but I’d not stay here again. There’s also no restaurants but the bar opposite is great!
