Great location, a short walk away from Milan Central Station, which is where the main airport buses can also be caught from. The apartment was easy enough to find with a lift to the top floor. The apartment was clean, tidy and felt very modern. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. There were 2 wardrobes which were useful for our stay for all our clothes. Having access to an iron and ironing board was helpful. The only thing negative I could mention was that the aircon units we'ren't blowing out cold air even with the thermostat set correctly to cold and temp set lower than the current room temp. The units likely need an aircon regas, we had to opened the windows at night to lower the room temp.

The previous tenant smoked in the apartment and it smelled terrible. There was no blanket, only a top sheet. The QR code that was supposed to lead me to instructions did not work. I tried contacting the property management company through email every day, no response at all. I left two days early. I still have not heard from the management company. JOIVY is a JOKE.
