We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The room and reception area were both beautiful, with a cosy yet spacious atmosphere. The location was incredible and felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff even kindly offered us a slightly later check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. We would happily stay here again! Thank you so much.

Room Clean and house keepings good as well. Except It's hard to communicate with owner. Keys open to room so complicated. 3 steps 3 keys to get into room. Need to dial Italy number to activate the smart key door. For me I leave in US and my phone number not working in Italy. Luckyly I met one guy he helped me open door Suggestions try to make something else simple

Absolutely fantastic location only a 5-10 min walk to all the main attractions. Clean and safe area. Hotel itself is self check in / out. Great directions beforehand. The room was clean, good aircon, shower gel/shampoo etc in the bathroom and decent coffee machine. A beautiful view from the room to the courtyard. The room needs a little attention but minor details themat would not impact your stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here

A really great apartment in an excellent location. Particularly convient for Linate Airport as on the same metro line. Very spacious and nicely styled. Wifi wasn’t very good. Overall would recommend.

Staff was so friendly and provided us local foodie recommendations. This hotel was clean and comfortable as well. Very convenient and close to the central station. Walkable/bikeable distance to the Duomo as well. Highly recommend for your stay in Milan

I found that the check-in process was a little bit difficult as my phone with a data plan was not able to unlock the smart lock. Other than that, the hotel was fabulous and the customer service was great. The location was great as well.
