Food at the restaurant wasn’t good. A very outdated place (lobby looks amazing, but bathtub was oddly shaped and old). Middle of lots of industrial and saw a random (kinda homeless) man collecting recycling on property. Bad customer service. Checked in early and wanted room on a higher floor. Was told that was not possible given the hotel was sold out. Saw a number ofncrowds check in after us…..

Great for stays extremely close to the airport

Stayed one night. Very close to the airport and a free airport shuttle 24hrs a day. You have to call them if its after hours and takes a while. Just make sure you have a working mobile phone. Rooms are small-ish but efficient and beds comfortable. Not bad if you are staying to stay in close proximity to the airport.

The free shuttle service is difficult to reach rhey should have set hrs had to pay 20euro to go 5min to the hotel from the airport. Couldnt reach them on whatapp or email when we got to the airport very upset about that

Although the hotel's location was less than ideal, situated in what seemed to be an industrial estate, stepping into the lobby felt like entering an oasis of calm. The check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere inside was welcoming. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and pleasantly quiet, aside from some occasional door banging around 11:00 PM. The comfortable bedding and well-maintained amenities made for a relaxing stay. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and was not overly busy, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, the menu options were somewhat limited. On my first night, I ordered a Thai yellow chicken dish, only to find the meat undercooked, with a bright pink centre. When I raised my concern with the waitress, she insisted this was normal, though I remained unconvinced. Erring on the side of caution, I sent the dish back, which was disappointing. Additionally, wine was only available by the glass, which I found restrictive, as I prefer to enjoy a bottle and top up myself over the course of my meal. The bar, while very quiet - I was the only patron - was a comfortable spot for a nightcap before heading to bed. One standout feature was the airport shuttle service, which was excellent and much appreciated. Despite a few shortcomings, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it overall.

Shocking stay

Had to walk to the hotel, 45 minutes along a dangerous road with no pavement. The shuttle bus never turned up and I contacted the hotel to find out where it was, but no response. Had to walk back again. The room had a light that would not turn off unless the key was removed. The heating was on all the time at a hot level and could not be adjusted unless the key was removed and in darkness (no TV)

Best option for Malpensa Airport

Great hotel with great front desk assistance. The best thing about it is that it has a 24/7 free shuttle service! And that on its own is enough to choose it.
