They are small rooms in an apartment complex, not a hotel. For some reason closed on Saturday, Maurizio was kind enough to come and check us in. It was difficult to find, but a good location with a market/cafe across the street. They advertise a courtyard as an amenity, but you have to keep quiet and you are not allowed to use the courtyard to sit outdoors if you want to enjoy a little fresh air with coffee or wine after a day of touring and dinner. That was the only real disappointment. It is a beautiful old building newly renovated. The rooms are small, but comfortable with Beautiful large windows, but glazed over so you do not have a view.

My husband and I were traveling with another couple and booked this hotel. The pictures are very deceiving. We were made to pick up our suitcases in order to avoid them rolling in the courtyard. Per the desk clerk we were in a residential building and needed to be quiet. Our friends were sitting quietly in the courtyard well before “quiet hours” and were asked to leave and go to our room. The room itself immediately smelled of mold. The condition of the room left us feeling unwell and unsafe. After 15 minutes of being inside the room I began to experience nausea and a headache from what I can only assume was the over powering smell of mold. We immediately contacted the booking agency and were told the property refused a refund and were unable to accommodate a new room. We immediately booked another local hotel and left the property without staying for our reservation. The customer service is terrible and the rooms are a health hazard. We were also told this property will hold luggage. When asked about this service at check in we were told they do but only limited hours. Overall, very dissatisfied and would never recommend to my worst enemy.

This room was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The decor and ambiance was amazing. It was also so clean with a very comfortable bed and nice bedding. It was quiet and in a beautiful courtyard. It was minutes away walking from all the major sights. Parking was offsite but quite close and convenient. I would 10/10 recommend

We had a wonderful stay, but I would mostly highlight the host. Very professional, friendly and kind. The location of the suites are also perfect, close to the metro, shops/groceries and Duomo was just a few minutes on foot. I’ll rate this stay as 10/10.

We stayed for 6 nights and recommend this hotel. Quiet street, walking distance to shopping, tourist sites and taxis. Suite was a large sleeping/living area and the bed comfortable. The bathroom had a generous shower. Everything seemed clean. We had a feather pillow tear during the first night (woke up to feathers everywhere in the bed) and the staff responded immediately then came right away in the morning and replaced the pillow and cleaned. They left extra pillows which would have been nice in the first place, as the pillows are quite flat.

Place was excellently located and well managed. Contact was easily done via WhatsApp and service was friendly. Air-conditioning was excellent and very well needed whilst we were in Milan. Enjoyed the keyless room system (using the keypads), meant we didn't have to carry a key around with us. Would recommend staying here whilst in Milan

Happy customer

Very quiet and clean place. 3 minutes away from the Metro station - this made it easier to travel around. The Doumo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Milan Castle are all a walking distance from the Suite. The only disadvantage was breakfast was a little bit expensive for, for a family of 3, but there were plenty restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall, everything was great.

Fabulous modern apartment behind an old fashioned tiny door leading into a beautiful courtyard. Smart technology meant no key needed and amazing air con on hot days. Very well located within walking distance of the cathedral and great places to stop for a coffee and food. Communication was friendly and efficient and check in quick. The bed is really comfy. We will definitely stay again and happy to recommend

The check in was in a different location than what the hotel address listed. Yes it’s on the same street a bit further down but very confusing. They were communicating with us about when we will check in etc but never did they mention that the check in is in a different location. We were not the only ones confused. Otherwise the stay was good
