The apartment itself was tired and in need of a makeover,unfortunately it was far from ‘ boutique standard’
The bathroom was old and outdated ,however for its location ,and overall price paid I think on balance it was value for money.
Pro’s-clean ,warm,all the facilities u would need for a comfortable stay ,GREAT LOCATION.
Con’s-don’t be caught out by check in ,you have to collect the keys from another location which is a 10 minute walk from the location and between certain hours , which didn’t give the best of starts to my stay .
The apartment itself is in a block of apartments both private and hotel owned and is not marked with a sign telling u have arrived , in fact it’s a locked wrought iron gate between a restaurant and a kebab shop!
The number to ring for assistance is in fact the main hotel .com number and not the people u are actually staying with and as such u then have to liaise with their call centre and then wait for a txt message from the hotel to send u the address to go and manually pick up the key!
I then had to leave my wife sat in the kebab shop next door with our luggage while I hunted out their office to pick up the keys ! VERY FRUSTRATING.
Once we had got over this initial shock start to our trip we found the apartment,acceptable,but far from ‘boutique’
However due to the great location ,I have to say ,on balance it was value for money.
