Did not stay..irresponsible management

We had some questions regarding transportation to and from the apartment…No response from management so we canceled. When we said we were canceling they responded immediately. Of course they kept our money.

Don’t Stay Here!!!

We spent a month in Italy and stayed at 8 deferent locations. This was by far the worst. First of all the host site is a 20 minute walk from the train station, carrying our luggage. After check i we had to walk 20 minutes back to the train station with our luggage to get a cab. If we wanted the host at the apartment we would have had to pay 20 euro! The apartment is on the top floor. 84 steps!! We climbed to the duomo terrace which was easier. There was no air conditioning and only one fan, which we had to move to whatever room we were in and even with all the windows open it was sweltering hot. The kitchen and bathroom were unbelievably tiny. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone!

Appartement très agréable

L’appartement est très bien situé, métro et tram à quelques minutes de marche. Il est donc très facile de se déplacer vers le centre. L’appartement est en tout point conforme aux photos : très propre, très bien équipé. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse, ce qui est très appréciable après une journée de visites. Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour ! Le seul bémol est la remise des clés. En effet, il faut aller chercher les clés dans les bureaux de l’agence qui gère l’appartement. Sinon, il faut payer un supplément de 15 € pour avoir les clés directement à l’appartement. Cette étape est une perte de temps, peu pratique avec les bagages. Les explications données par l’agence de gérance pour accéder à leurs bureaux, puis à l’appartement sont heureusement très claires. Mais nous nous serions bien passés de cette étape. La restitution des clés est plus simple, pas besoin de retourner les rendre.
